We provide an emergency service which controls mould - visible and non visible - and condensation within a dwelling. Our services offers a 48 hour guarantee and we control all aspects of mould - condensation, mould growth and mould spores.

How it works

Our emergency service is simple. Once you call, our company despatches one of our emergency service vans. The vehicles contain all the equipment required - dehumidifiers, HEPA filtered airscrubbers and mould cleaning equipment - to stabilise the dwelling fast anf efficiently. We monitor the iunternal atmosphere and take environmental readings from the building. We then prepare a report for the property manager or owner. On completion, we collect our equipment from the premises.

LIST OF SERVICES

1. Mould remediation - Visible mould is removed by hand - cleaning with vinegar and water and lightly damp sponges. If any mould growth cannot be immmediately removed we will encapsulate it by covering the growth with plastic or expandafoam if it is inaccessable.
2. Control condensation - Condensation is caused by moisture trapped in the internal environment. We install a temporary dehumidifier which will convert the moisture vapour in the internal atmosphere into liquid, which is then trapped and disposed of in a drain outlet in the property.
3. Manage mould spores - Mould spores are minute airborne particulates and these are captured using HEPA filtered air scrubbers, large machines which draw the internal air through the internal HEPA filter, capturing the mould spores. Once captured the cleansed air is expelled out the other side of the airscrubber.
